J.B. Watkins

Pastor JB Watkins has served as the Senior Pastor of Faith Christian Fellowship since 2019. From 2007 until 2019, he served as the lead pastor of St. Roch's Community Church, a multiethnic church in New Orleans, Louisiana. Rev. Watkins is a Teaching Elder in the PCA and holds a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary. Born in Missouri to an African American father and German mother, Pastor JB learned to navigate cross-cultural dynamics throughout his childhood. When not serving FCF, he enjoys family time, reading, and sports. Pastor JB also teaches classes at Baltimore Metro Seminary and serves with Chesapeake Presbytery (PCA). Pastor JB and his wife, Stephanie, have three children: Bryant, Sydney, and Langston. Stephanie is an educator and currently serves as a school counselor with Baltimore County Public Schools.
Beau Miller

Pastor Beau serves as Pastor of Ministries and Operations at FCF, having joined the staff in 2024 after being at the church for eight years. His background in Christian ministry includes working with three organizations and he also served for many years on the pastoral staff of a PCA church in Alabama—much of that in campus/international student ministry. Rev. Miller is a Teaching Elder in the PCA and received a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from Columbia International University. Beau enjoys working with people and serving the church. He is blessed to be married to Tara, a marketing/communications professional, and they have two children, Cole and Phoebe. Beau enjoys time with family; playing pickleball, cycling and watching sports; dining out, and enjoying God’s good creation while being outdoors.

Julian Hague
Youth Director, Youth@fcfchurch.org
Julian has been attending FCF since 2017 and now serves as Youth Director, leading the middle and high school ministry. What began as volunteering with the youth in 2018 has grown into a calling to walk alongside students through discipleship groups, service projects, and Biblical teaching. Julian has a passion for mentorship and for the holistic care of every young person who walks through our doors. He holds a Bachelor of Theology from Metro Baltimore Seminary and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, with the goal of strengthening and expanding the youth programs here at FCF; bringing a trauma-informed, faith-integrated approach to all that he does. Julian's greatest joy is found at home, where he shares his life with his wife Elena and their two wonderful children.
Cindy Newton

Cindy Newton has been a dedicated member of FCF since 2006. Raised in a Christian family, she has a lifelong heart for ministry and served faithfully as a youth leader for more than 15 years.Cindy brings over 20 years of professional experience in early childhood development to her role, including 16 years spent directing two childcare centers that served infants through fifth graders. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, has completed advanced coursework focused on elementary-aged children, and earned a PCA Children's Ministry Certificate.Cindy and her husband, Weldon, were married in 2006. Together, they are the proud parents of three children and grandparents of two.
Kim Sutter

In addition to working part time at Faith Christian Fellowship, Kim is also a crisis counselor with police and Johns Hopkins University and has a private practice (kimcounsels.com). She has 35 years of experience in the mental health field, including college teaching, speaking for retreats and seminars on practical theology topics, working at a rape crisis center, emergency department, EAP, consulting with organizations, and training and clinically supervising therapists. Phill Thomas

Phill is a current student at Reformed Theological Seminary DC, seeking a Master of Divinity Degree. Phill was born in Baltimore City and raised and Baltimore County, developing significant cross-cultural exposure. Alongside his enthusiasm for the Confessional faith as a young adult, he developed a strong desire to grow the Confessional Tradition across cultural, ethnic, and economic lines. Phill has experience in youth ministry, an affinity for comics, sci-fi, and fantasy, with a passion for biblical theology. His wife Kelly has a teaching certificate from Towson and a BA in writing from Geneva College. She fosters a love for novels and literature. Together, the Thomases, with their two children, look forward to blessing the church and glorifying the Lord at Faith.
Adrienne O'Connor

Adrienne joyfully joined our staff team as full time administrator in 2014. She and her husband Jeff have been members since 2010. Someone described Adrienne as the glue that keeps things together with our church family. In the past, she taught elementary school and directed Children’s Ministry for 14 years both stateside and as a missionary in Australia for two years with Mission to the World. Adrienne loves flowers, hanging out with people, laughing and cooking; her happy place is at the beach with a good book.
