Practical tips to consider during this time:

Simple hygiene practices to reduce risk to yourself and others
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 secondsIf soap and water are not available, disinfect with hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol
- Cover your mouth and nose while sneezing or coughing
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
- Avoid contact with sick people
- If you are sick, stay home and call your healthcare provider

Practice Social Distancing
- Keep distance between yourself and others and avoid crowds (minimum of 6 feet between each other)
- Exercise, take walks/runs outside while remembering to maintain physical distance
- Stay connected virtually with others via phone, video and social media

- Contact FCF about food pantry ministry
- Visit one of the YMCA food pantry locations

Keep updated on local information regarding COVID-19 including the latest guidance from local health officials
