CONFESSION OF SIN & ASSURANCE OF PARDON—Elder, Michael Rading

Corporate Confession of Sins—
All:
Most holy and merciful Father, we confess to you and to one another, that we have sinned against you by what we have done and by what we have left undone. We confess how we have not loved you with our whole heart and mind and strength. Nor have we fully loved our neighbors as ourselves. Forgive us, we pray, most merciful Father; and free us from our sin. Renew in us the grace and strength of your Holy Spirit, for the sake of Jesus Christ your Son our Savior. Amen.
Moment of Silence for Personal Confessions

Assurance of Pardon—
Leader:
Church! Hear the Good News! 33 “Who shall bring any charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies. 34 Who is to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died-- more than that, who was raised-- who is at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for us.” (Rom 8:33-34 ESV) Because of Jesus we are forgiven!
People: Praise the Lord!
